Cyrus began his career at Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS), where he developed innovative solutions to streamline global equity trading, improving both speed and efficiency. Following this, Cyrus transitioned into capital markets consulting, advising COOs and CTOs at Tier 1 banks and asset management firms on optimizing global trading operations. In 2009, Cyrus began actively managing a value-oriented, long-biased hedge fund, a strategy he now implements through separate accounts for his clients, while also offering co-investment opportunities. His approach is rooted in a research-intensive process, focusing on uncovering market inefficiencies and valuing companies over extended time horizons.
Cyrus holds a double major in Finance and Management Information Systems from Ohio University, graduating with honors, and earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Beyond Cyrus’s professional pursuits, he is actively involved in his community, serving as a past President and board member of his local Rotary Club.
